Solar Bay, part of Energy Bay, installed above ICC Sydney
Renewable energy fund Solar Bay, part of Energy Bay, has purchased the rights to the solar installation at Sydney’s International Convention Centre as it begins investing out a $350 million mandate.
The fund’s capital, recently secured, is backed by a consortium of family offices and will be investing into solar projects across industrial and commercial real estate in the local market and the Asia-Pacific region.
